What if I forget to bring my EXTRAS card with me to the theater?
If you’re unable to present your EXTRAS card during a transaction, the cashier can look up your account by your name, phone number, or other account information.

How do I keep track of my points and rewards?
Keeping up with your points and rewards is easy! You can track your progress online and on our mobile site at CinemaEXTRAS.com.
Can I redeem multiple rewards in one transaction?
Yes!
Can I still participate in EXTRAS if I don’t register my card online?
All EXTRAS members must create an online profile in order to verify membership. If your EXTRAS card is not registered, there will be no way to issue rewards for points accrued.
Why do you need my phone number and email address?
If you forget your physical card or membership number, it is an easy way to access your account information during a transaction. We ask for your email address to send you important member communications and special offers, but you can always opt out of receiving promotional emails. We will never sell this information to a third party.
Do rewards expire?
Rewards vouchers must be redeemed by the expiration date noted on the voucher.
Is there a fee to join?
No, joining EXTRAS is completely free! There no minimum purchase requirements or annual fees.
Are FREE MOVIE rewards valid for 3D, Titan XC, or special presentations?
FREE MOVIE rewards can be used for 3D, Titan XC, and special presentations, with applicable service charges.
What if I lose my rewards voucher?
Rewards vouchers are irreplaceable, so please try not to lose them.
What is Mahalo Tuesday?
Mahalo Tuesday is our way of saying thank you to our loyal customers. Special discounts ($6 Movies, $10 Titan XC Movies, $2 Hot Dogs, and $2 Popcorn) are available every Tuesday to EXTRAS members at Ward 16, Pearlridge West, and Ko’olau 10 theatres.
Is there a limit to the points I can earn?
You can earn up to 25 points per day. Once you reach 300 points, your points reset to 0 but you keep earning rewards!
Do I earn rewards when I purchase tickets online?
Yes! Simply enter your EXTRAS card number during checkout to earn points for purchases made through Fandango.
Fandango will automatically submit your EXTRAS card number and transaction for processing. Any available reward vouchers will be issued by the theater, upon ticket retrieval at the box office or kiosk.

Do I earn rewards when I purchase gift cards or Screensavers?
You do not earn points when purchasing a gift card, but you will earn points when redeeming gift cards. Same goes for Screensaver Ticket purchases: you will not receive points when you purchase Screensaver Tickets, but you will receive points when redeeming Screensaver Tickets for admission.
